Three auctions — ADESA Sacramento, ADESA East Tennessee, and ADESA Portland — have already held their first simulcast sale and the company expects all locations to transition to Simulcast by June 14.
ADESA Simulcast is based on technology from Velocicast, an online platform used by more than 150 independent auctions across North America.
With this transition, ADESA claims users will be able to join live sales faster, expand their bidding window to fit any size monitor, view an unlimited number of auction lanes, review condition reports with detailed photos, and scan on screen VIN barcodes with their preferred valuation app.
ADESA will rollout its simulcast service to its various locations in North America at separate points this year.

The western/central region of the U.S. has already begun the transition and should be fully transitioned by May. The central region closer to the east coast should be transitioned by May. And the east / southern coasts, along with Texas, should be completely transitioned by June. Canada's locations will transition in June as well.
