ALLETE, Inc., announced that Cameron Hitchcock has been named chief financial officer of ADESA, which ALLETE intends to spin-off into a publicly traded company by mid-2004.
Manheim has announced that John Deck and Mike Mosier have been named assistant general managers at Georgia Dealers Auto Auction. Deck formerly served as factory and fleet/lease manager at Denver Auto Auction in Aurora, Colo., while Mosier was the Northeast regional controller for Manheim.
