Black Book is now providing the vehicle appraisal data for AutoNation Express, the online car shopping and purchasing destination for AutoNation stores throughout the U.S. The partnership allows AutoNation to provide a more seamless car shopping experience with transparency in mind for consumers.
Under terms of the agreement, car shoppers visiting any of AutoNation’s 300-plus stores around the country receive an accurate trade appraisal for their vehicle when shopping for a car or truck. Black Book vehicle valuation data will power AutoNation Express, initially providing a valuation range and then a more detailed estimated value when customers supply additional vehicle information to value their trade. Once an estimate is requested, customers then print out the certified estimate and bring it with them to their appointment at any AutoNation store. With Black Book’s vehicle valuation data, AutoNation Express will drive more leads and increased showroom traffic.
“AutoNation chose Black Book to power its best-in-class shopping tool because Black Book values are widely acknowledged to be the most accurate in the industry,” said Jared Kalfus, Senior Vice President of Sales for Black Book. “With detailed information on millions of vehicles, Black Book will power AutoNation Express with the most accurate valuation data ever offered on cars and trucks, enabling better leads for increased sales.”
