Automotive Finance Corp. Names New VP

Automotive Finance Corporation (AFC) has named a new vice president.
AFC, which is a business unit of KAR Auction Services Inc., has promoted Kyle Maurer to VP of operations for the East Division.
In his new position, Maurer will spearhead all AFC field operations to assure local-market approach and actualize the "people first" vision of AFC, the company stated.
Maurer joined AFC in 2007 as regional manager after four years at Ford Motor Credit Co. and nearly five years at Citizens Bank. A previous position Maurer served in was senior director of business solutions.
AFC provides independent dealers with financing for used vehicles inventory.
