ADESA Promotes Three to General Manager
ADESA has named three new general managers at its Arizona, Tennessee, and Florida auctions, according to a company announcement.

ADESA has named three new general managers at its Arizona, Tennessee, and Florida auctions, according to a company announcement.
In Arizona, Rance Rudy will be assuming the role of general manager. Jay Smith will be assuming the role in Tennessee. Lisette Minton will be assuming the role in Florida.
Rudy brings over 20 years of experience in the auto auction industry, according to ADESA. Prior to his promotion to general manager of ADESA Phoenix, he served as assistant general manager of the location since 2015. He’s also served as fleet/ lease manager at ADESA Golden State and ADESA Dallas.

Minton
Smith, who will serve as general manager of ADESA Knoxville, first joined the company in 2005. He most recently served as the assistant general manager at ADESA Cincinnati/Dayton. He has also served in a variety of roles within the organization, including management positions in sales, marketing, fleet/lease, accounts, and dealer sales and services, according to ADESA.
Minton, a 25-year veteran of the auto auction industry, will serve as the general manager of ADESA Sarasota. She began her career as a dealer registration clerk at Bayside Auto Auction and was later promoted to fleet manager at ADESA Tampa. Her most recent title, prior to this promotion, was assistant general manager at ADESA Atlanta.
