KAR Auction Services, Inc. has consolidated its management team for two of its businesses — Recovery Database Network (RDN) and Clearplan — in order to improve synergies for the complementary business units.
Under the new management structure all RDN and Clearplan employees will report to Clearplan president, Justin Zane.
RDN and Clearplan had already been working together for years, according to Zane, but this consolidation KAR Auction Services hopes to further enhance existing services and provide new offerings to its customers.
RDN is a provider of specialized software and data solutions for customers in the repossession and disposition value chain. Clearplan provides a digital platform that offers repossession workflow and logistics management tools for recovery agents, drivers, forwarders, and automotive lenders.
