Stevens has worked in the auto auction industry for over 20 years with 14 of those years in executive management positions.
"Pat Stevens' comprehensive and authoritative knowledge of auction operations makes him a perfect fit in the role of COO," said XLerate's CEO Cam Hitchcock.
Stevens first entered the auction industry in 1994 when he joined ADT Automotive as a fleet manager. He became general manager of ADESA Dallas in 2000. He was then promoted to regional vice president for the West region and later executive vice president of the West.
