KAR Auction Services Inc. has rebranded and will begin doing business as KAR Global, the company announced.

KAR Global has more than 200 operating locations in 10 countries and serves customers in more than 75 countries.

KAR Auction Services Inc. has rebranded and will begin doing business as KAR Global, the company announced.
This rebranding comes after several years of expansion across North America and Europe as well as acquisitions and development of new technology and data-driven products/capabilities, the company added.
Some of the high-profile companies that KAR has acquired over the past several years include STRATIM and its digital fleet management platform, TradeRev’s real-time digital auction marketplace, and DRIVIN, the platform that power’s KAR’s pricing insights, vehicle recommendations, and portfolio management solutions.
The most recent acquisition of European auction site CarsOnTheWeb gave KAR a strong foothold in the European market.
