Johnston will report to IAA CEO and president, John Kett.
Johnston most recently served as CFO for SP Plus Corporation, a provider of professional parking, ground transportation, facility maintenance, security, and event logistics services. At SP Plus Corp. Johnston was responsible for the finance, accounting, treasury, investor relations, strategy, corporate development, IT, and procurement functions.
Before SP Plus, Johnston served as CFO for Furniture Brands International. He has also served in various finance, corporate strategy, and operational positions at companies such as Miami Jewish Health Systems, Royal Caribbean International, Burger King, and Office Max.
Johnston brings 30 years of finance, accounting, corporate strategy and treasury experience to this role.
