IAA Brings AuctionNow Digital Marketplace to the U.S.
The platform has been in use throughout the company's Canadian operations since 2016, but it is now bringing it to the U.S. market.

AuctionNow will bring improved auction monitoring options to the U.S. market, according to the company. Buyers will be able to view and participate in up to 12 auction lanes through the same view while simultaneously using enhanced search features to find vehicles quickly, the company added.

IAA has launched AuctionNow its own online vehicle auction platform for the U.S. market.
While the platform has been in use throughout the company’s Canadian operations since 2016, its new to the U.S. market and replaces the company’s legacy I-Bid LIVE platform that it was using before.
“As we continue to enhance our business model and move further into the digital space, we are focused on introducing technology and innovation that drives our industry forward while positively transforming the customer experience,” said John Kett, Chief Executive Officer and President of IAA. “AuctionNow is a prime example of how we can add more value to the auction process. Our AuctionNow platform has performed exceptionally well in Canada and we are excited to now be using this technology in all of our U.S. auctions.”
The platform will bring improved auction monitoring options to the U.S. market, according to the company. Buyers will be able to view and participate in up to 12 auction lanes through the same view while simultaneously using enhanced search features to find vehicles quickly, the company added.
The company also stated that the new platform will bring new bidding features, enhanced visual and audio signaling, enhanced auction reminders, expanded vehicle details, and audio within IAA’s mobile apps.
