To accompany North Bay’s outstanding service, they finished 2014 a close second in the sales retention category. Fleet/Lease Asst. Director Tony Bruno, Shop Manager Heath Parks, Transport Manager Maura Glavin, Lot Manager Andy Pahoulis and Fleet Lease Assistant Becky Szalwinski all work in unison to get the job done the right way. The sales results accompanied by North Bay’s commitment to impeccable customer service make them the total package and we are proud to recognize them once again as the CPS Top Gun!

The CPS Heavy Hammer Award (Highest Retention):Manheim California (Anaheim, CA)

Manheim California, driven by GM Tom Wemhoff, AGM Richard Steffy and Commercial Accounts Manager Ruby Campos produced stellar sales results for CPS in 2014 earning their first CPS award. “Manheim CA has been a consistent top performing auction for CPS in all phases of the auction process and it is with great pleasure that we can finally recognize their efforts with the Heavy Hammer Award, as they have come close to winning on so many occasions” stated Remarketing Manager Mike Scott.  Manheim California finished 2014 with a stout 95.97 percent of average, adjusted black book which was just enough to edge out their closest competition by 0.30 percent. The staff at Manheim California kept the lanes packed with a variety of dealers from franchise stores to independent wholesalers for every CPS sale through aggressive marketing techniques and online dealer participation. Simulcast helped drive up the prices as over 15  percent of CPS vehicles were sold via the internet at this location. Inside coordinator Greg Soriano and outside coordinator Hector Gonzales play a key role in the success of CPS at Manheim California ensuring that everything possible has been done to get the highest returns for the CPS assets all while keeping expenses to a minimum.
