“I’m looking forward to assuming greater responsibility at Black Book.  Through my entire automotive career, I’ve always relied on Black Book’s wide array of vehicle values and related services.  We have launched many new products and significantly upgraded our existing ones within the past year, and it’s been really gratifying to see our customers’ reactions when we show them what we can do to help them grow their businesses and work more efficiently”, remarked Kalfus.

Kalfus began his automotive career with Enterprise Rent a Car, and later joined CarsDirect.com, helping to grow the business into a leading automotive e-commerce destination.  He eventually moved to Manheim to help launch POINT, one of the original dealership inventory management systems, and was soon promoted to Executive Director of Sales Operations for the Western United States.  Prior to joining Black Book, he was the Vice President of Sales for Digital Air Strike, a leading social media and reputation management company serving the automotive industry.  His most recent position was Black Book’s Director of Automotive Licensing.
