America's Auto Auction Acquires Lynnway Auto Auction
With this acquisition, America's Auto Auction now includes 22 locations.
America's Auto Auction has acquired Greater Boston's Lynnway Auto Auction, Ben Lange, president and CEO of the company announced.
Lange noted that the decision to acquire Lynnway Auto Auction was driven, in large part, due to the auction's success in its market.
"Lynnway Auto Auction is an 'A-Rated' operation with a tremendous influence in the Northeast, earning superior marks in facility management, transportation management, reconditioning service, mechanical and body repairs, on-site floor planning and first-rate customer service," said Lange.
Lynnway Auto Auction was founded in 1997. In 2011, the former owners and operators, Jim Lamb and George Russo, moved the auction to its current location northwest of Boston. The auction runs eight lanes and sits atop 58 acres.
With this acquisition, America's Auto Auction now includes 22 locations with facilities in Alabama, Georgia, Illinois, Florida, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas and Virginia, according to the announcement.
