LAKE SUCCESS, NY – DealerTrack Aftermarket Services and Ultimate Warranty Corp., an aftermarket third-party administrator, announced at the F&I Conference and Expo that Ultimate Warranty has agreed to offer its automotive aftermarket products through DealerTrack and DealerTrack's eMenu solution.
"After extensive industry research, we concluded that DealerTrack's integrated Web-based solutions, including eMenu, will enable us to better serve our dealership customer base," said David Michael, CEO of Ultimate Warranty Corp. "Establishing an electronic channel for marketing and underwriting our service contracts and other products will improve the flow of information between us and our customers, creating new efficiencies while providing additional benefits from a compliance perspective."
Linking with our eMenu solution should help them further increase their market penetration, while reducing administrative costs and driving up customer satisfaction. For DealerTrack, adding Ultimate Warranty's products will give our eMenu customers more choices and further enhance the appeal of our integrated technology platform," said David Trinder, president of DealerTrack Aftermarket Services.
DealerTrack's eMenu will provide a real-time, on-line link between the dealer's F&I office, the dealer management system, and the aftermarket product provider's back office. eMenu enables dealers to consistently present and sell a wider range of aftermarket products, driving increased revenues while addressing compliance issues and maintaining auditable records. Dealerships can customize the presentation for individual consumers while using real-time plans and pricing along with intelligent vehicle ratings, reducing errors and chargebacks on aftermarket product contracts.
