FARGO, ND – Plans are underway for Tri-State Auction’s 55th Anniversary Celebration, set for Jun. 21 at the West Fargo facility. The auction expects its largest sale offering of the year, with up to 1,400 units crossing the auction block. Featured consignors will include Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Triad, GE Capital, PHH, Wheels, GMAC, ARI, and Hertz.
More than $25,000 in prizes will be given away at the anniversary sale, including a restored 1966 Mustang. Beginning May 1, a key will be given away at the end of each weekly sale; each key-holder will then have the opportunity to start the Mustang at the conclusion of the Anniversary Sale. The dealer with the key that starts the engine takes home the car. Other prizes will include cash, gift cards, and apparel.
Today, weekly auctions are held at a 35-acre, six-lane state-of-the-art facility, serving the remarketing needs of dealers, fleets, lease and daily rental companies, insurance companies, financial institutions, and manufacturers. Tri-State is a full-service company offering reconditioning, mechanical and body repair, title services, marshaling and inspection, plus transportation in addition to our sales.
In addition to its Thursday consignment sales, Tri-State also conducts biweekly General Motors Sponsored Auctions as well as Insurance Company Salvage Sales. Tri-State utilizes advanced technologies and is a participant member of AuctionPipeline.com, a Web initiative that provides auction customers with sales and market information as well as live, online bidding.
