FRANKLIN, TN – Last month, TPC Management Co. unveiled the vehicle remarketing industry-specific Customer Relations Management (CRM) product at the National Auto Auction Association (NAAA) Zone meeting in Bonita Springs, Fla. The Internet-based system, called JumpropeCRM, contains updated information on all major institutional vehicle sellers from across the country. In addition, the system has information on hundreds of smaller-volume account prospects from credit unions to small auto finance companies, leasing companies, and corporate fleets.
Pierre Pons, TPC managing partner, demonstrated the system at the Independent Auctions Advisory Committee meeting held during the Zone conference. “Some of the idea for this system was really born a few years ago at one of these very NAAA meetings. An independent auction owner mentioned that they could really use a business tool to identify prospective customers and track contacts. While this information is publicly available, this system puts it all in one place and at the user’s fingertips via the Internet. We agree that no one can sell an auction’s services better than the auction themselves. JumpropeCRM gives them a tool to identify and manage the business process of prospecting and selling,” said Pons. “In addition to being an electronic rolodex, the system has a calendar function to track follow-up calls and also a listing of industry intelligence information that can be useful to any type of company that makes their business in the wholesale vehicle remarketing industry segment.”
