HUNTERSVILLE, NC – In an effort to enhance buyer confidence and trust in the accuracy of online vehicle listings, SGS Automotive Services and Auction123.com have launched ListAssure – a new service that combines Internet listings with independent vehicle condition reports to assist automotive dealers in increasing Internet sales volumes and profit margins.
HUNTERSVILLE, NC – In an effort to enhance buyer confidence and trust in the accuracy of online vehicle listings, SGS Automotive Services and Auction123.com have launched ListAssure – a new service that combines Internet listings with independent vehicle condition reports to assist automotive dealers in increasing Internet sales volumes and profit margins.
According to Kurt Biggar, vice president for sales and marketing with SGS, increased buyer confidence in the accuracy of online listings can translate into higher prices and better margins.
Auction123.com is a full-service listing specialist that operates in more than 35 states through a field force of more than 125 agents. Trained by eBay Motors, Auction123.com personnel were responsible for more than 52,000 vehicle listings on eBay Motors during 2004. While Auction123.com and SGS post ListAssure listings on eBay Motors, automotive dealers subscribing to ListAssure will have the option of posting their vehicle listings with other online sites, including a dealership’s own Web site.
