In early June, two ServNet auctions were recognized for outstanding performance by General Motors’ Auction Remarketing Department during GM's independent auction meeting at its Detroit headquarters. Receiving the Perfect Audit Award was Jeff Barber of State Line Auto Auction. Matt Brasher and Doug Brasher accepted GM's Inventory Management Award for Brasher's Idaho Auto Auction.
"Brasher's Idaho Auto Auction and State Line Auto Auction have done a tremendous job with the GM and GMAC accounts and are deserving of the Inventory Management and Perfect Audit awards, respectively," said Dan Kennedy, national sales manager, GM Remarketing.
"Specifically, Brasher's has been honored with a 2009 Inventory Management award by preparing high-quality vehicles in a rapid timeframe for our GM dealers. Their service to the GM dealers, as well as vehicle preparation has been outstanding."
"State Line Auto Auction received the 2009 Perfect Audit award as they achieved zero quality deficiencies, demonstrating their efforts in compliance with thorough and complete documentation and processes. Their attention to detail has kept our business performing at top efficiency."
"All of our auctions' hard work and dedication provides great products and services to our dealers, which helps GM to meet our dealers' expectations," Kennedy concluded. "Brasher's Idaho Auto Auction and State Line Auto Auction are a source of pride for ServNet and our independent auctions. Keep up the great work!"
Earlier this year, Flint Auto Auto Auction was named top GM sponsored auction in the country for the second year in a row. Flint Auto Auction was also named Peak 5's Auction of the Year for 2008.
As part of its annual program to recognize remarketing performance, Automotive Resources International (ARI) recently honored BSC America's Bel Air Auto Auction for overall market performance, administration and communication.
"As one of the recipients for 2008, Bel Air Auto auction went above and beyond to ensure our clients received the best possible service and returns during uncertain times," stated Jennifer Schade, ARI's manager for vehicle remarketing.
Sparkling City Auto Auction is pleased to report that it has been named AmeriCredit's Auction of Excellence in the Southwest Region for the first quarter of 2009. For the Auction of Excellence program, AmeriCredit representatives assess each auction's performance in a variety of categories, including customer service, marketing promotions, pre-sale activities and overall auction success. The auction celebrated with a special promotion on May 19, which featured a special consignment of vehicles from AmeriCredit, represented by Dan Heinrich, and a sale-end drawing for a Kawasaki jet ski and $1,000 in cash.
