Two ServNet auction owners have been tapped to serve on the group’s board of directors, and another has been elected to serve as the treasurer, ServNet announced June 1.
Clark Stallings of Greenville Auto Auction in North Carolina will take on responsibilities as the group’s treasurer.
Brandon Thompson of Mid-State Auto Auction in Minnesota, and Cody Boswell of Missouri Auto Auction were elected to the board at a recent ServNet’s owners’ meeting.
“Since ServNet’s founding in 1988 we have been fortunate to have so many strong and committed auction owners who tirelessly give their time and resources to our organization and to the industry,” said ServNet President Chad Bailey in a news release.
The change is part of a planned rotation in governance, with all members of the board serving regular two-year terms.
Boswell and Thompson join David Aahl (North Bay Auto Auction), who will continue as a director until he completes his two-year term in the Fall.
In addition to Stallings, ServNet’s officers include vice president Ryan Clark (Greater Rockford AA, Great Lakes AA), Bailey (Akron AA, Value AA), and chairman of the board Eric Autenrieth (Carolina AA, Indiana AA).
“Those serving as officers and directors bring the perspective and values embedded in long-running and successful family-owned auctions to the table, along with fresh and forward-looking ideas that will shape our group and the industry," Bailey said. "Their efforts ensure the continued success of ServNet and the health of the remarketing community.”
