PORTLAND, OR –SelecTrucks has re-launched the Down Payment Match promotion to help customers move into a new, used vehicle. This popular incentive, available until June 30, 2010, will match 100 percent, up to $2,500, of a small fleet’s or owner-operator’s down payment.

SelecTrucks has also partnered with Daimler Truck Financial (DTF) to defer qualifying customers’ first loan payment for up to 90 days. Payment deferral is offered exclusively through DTF with varying term lengths based on eligibility.

“We know our customers are still feeling the affects of the current economic conditions and they are stretching their truck past the normal trade cycle,” said Gary Wingate, manager, marketing and customer support, Daimler Trucks Remarketing Corporation. “The Down Payment Match offer can potentially add $2,500 to a customer’s initial cash outlay. Combined with the support of Daimler Truck Financial, we’re helping them get more from their investment upfront.”

Eligible vehicles include 2004-2007 Freightliner Century Class S/T, Classic, and Columbia models with various specs and mileage ranges. Customers should contact their local SelecTrucks Center to learn more about the specific trucks available for the Down Payment Match offer.
