Remarketing Services of America Announces Name Change, and Expanded Service Offerings

Remarketing Services of America, Inc. a unit of Fiserv Lending Solutions, will now be known as RSA Solutions, Inc. (RSA) to reflect the organization's expanded scope of service offerings.

Remarketing Services of America, Inc. a unit of Fiserv Lending Solutions, will now be known as RSA Solutions, Inc. (RSA) to reflect the organization's expanded scope of service offerings.

RSA, a provider of automotive remarketing and lease portfolio management, has expanded its services to include strategic customer acquisition, retention and cross-sale solutions for retail and commercial banking, and licensed and non-licensed origination solutions for mortgage and home equity lending through RSA Mortgage Solutions, Inc., a newly formed unit of RSA.

RSA has developed a host of new solutions in the banking and residential mortgage sectors leveraging its unique consultative sales competencies and that are designed to meet the needs of current clients and the emerging needs of the financial services marketplace. "RSA has realigned its organization to most effectively mirror its clients' organization and to pursue these new market opportunities. We have created four functional lines of business - Automotive Solutions, Mortgage Solutions, Banking Solutions and Custom Contact Center Solutions," said Co-CEO Andrew J. Shaevel.


Stuart H. Angert, Co-CEO of RSA, said, "We have positioned ourselves to effectively deliver measurable results based on client return on investment (ROI). We are able to assure this performance based on the analytics that are developed within RSA's Center for Analytics & Research."

Angert further added, "Since we are incented for performance and not just remunerated for activity, we are able to cost-justify the value of our services to our client partners. Our goals are aligned."


To lead RSA's new mortgage business, Thomas L. Bayles joined RSA as vice president of mortgage strategies. Bayles, who recently served as national marketing director for Key Corp., has 28 years of experience in program development for mortgage banking. His extensive background has provided credibility and insight into the needs of the mortgage lending market.

RSA Mortgage Solutions is actively pursuing mortgage broker licensing in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Upon receipt of these state licenses, RSA Mortgage Solutions will have the ability to perform private label outsourced loan origination services for its client partners.
