CHARLESTON, SC - PureCars partnered with Carfax to help online shoppers find the right cars faster. Dealers give all visitors to PureCars.com free access to Carfax Reports they've purchased for their inventory. Using this information, along with PureCars Value Reports, online shoppers can quickly identify which cars best meet their needs and buy with confidence.

"We've seen a significant increase in online sales once we began listing our inventory on PureCars.com," said Chris Connolly, Dealer Principal at Herb Connolly Auto Group. "It's a huge advantage for shoppers to view the Carfax Reports linked to our listings and see how our pricing measures up against the market. It's true - when you give customers what they need, they'll buy faster and we make more money."

A recent independent study shows that the inclusion of Carfax Reports in web listings greatly influences an online shopper's dealer choice. Used car shoppers can narrow their search results on PureCars.com to include only vehicles listed with free Carfax Reports. In addition, free PureCars Value Reports with vehicle history highlights from Carfax are available on the vehicle detail pages of PureCars.com and numerous dealer Web sites.

"PureCars Value Reports together with Carfax Vehicle History Reports educates consumers and helps answer their two most common concerns when shopping for a pre-owned vehicle," said Michael Veltri, PureCars CEO. "Shoppers want to know what value they're getting, and the history of the vehicle. By teaming up, PureCars and Carfax are able to give consumers the confidence they need to make the right decision when choosing a vehicle that's best for them. It's effective for dealers to provide these reports, as they include helpful information; information that oftentimes many of their customers are not even aware of."

PureCars Value Reports with Carfax highlights give buyers important details about their car of interest up-front, such as great price, vehicle certification, ownership history and reported accidents, among others. Savvy dealers are using PureCars Value Reporting together with Carfax Reports to better market their inventory and sell cars faster.
