PADE Holds 5th Annual Big Boys' Toys Sale

YORK, PA – Pennsylvania Auto Dealers' Exchange (PADE) saw a record crowd at its 5th Annual Big Boys' Toys Sale April 25. With almost 200 vehicles registered for the event and nearly 2,600 overall, sales percentages exceeded expectations with more than 70 percent of vehicles offered being sold.

YORK, PA – Pennsylvania Auto Dealers’ Exchange (PADE) saw a record crowd at its 5th Annual Big Boys’ Toys Sale April 25. With almost 200 vehicles registered for the event and nearly 2,600 overall, sales percentages exceeded expectations with more than 70 percent of vehicles offered being sold.

The event included Big Boy Toys from Harley Davidson and custom motorcycles, boats and recreational vehicles, street rods and classic cars, to Corvettes, Ferraris, Porsches, and even a helicopter.

Dealers attending the sale were provided free food, giveaways, and commemorative hats to mark the occasion.

The Big Boys’ Toy Sale highlighted the end of the first quarter for PADE with vehicle registrations, sales, and sales percentages at all-time highs.

PADE’s next scheduled special events are the NASCAR sale Aug. 1, 2007, followed by the auction’s 50th Anniversary Sale Sept. 26, 2007. Regular auction sales are held every Wednesday with consignments over 2,300 vehicles per week. With 11 auction lanes and a full-service facility sitting on more than 100 acres, Pennsylvania Auto Dealers’ Exchange has provided auto auction services to dealers and institutional accounts for 49 years.

The auction also enables dealers to purchase vehicles on the Internet via Manheim’s Simulcast.
