Ocala Auto Dealers Exchange Becomes ServNet’s 31st Location
ServNet has launched its 25th year with the announcement that Ocala Auto Dealers Exchange (OADE) has been added as the group’s 31st auction location.
ServNet has launched its 25th year with the announcement that Ocala Auto Dealers Exchange (OADE) has been added as the group’s 31st auction location. OADE is owned by Michael Tumminello and Jeff Brody, and joins two sister auctions – Sanford Auto Dealers Exchange (SADE) and Cocoa Auto Dealers Exchange (CADE) – as ServNet facilities.
OADE was acquired by the Tumminello/Brody team in the summer of 2012. Formerly Big Sun Auction, the facility was renamed Ocala Auto Dealers Exchange and held its grand opening sale in September. Overseeing operations and administration at OADE as the auction’s general manager is Richard Galway. Galway was most recently the assistant general manager at Sanford Auto Dealers Exchange, where he had been working since 1996.
“We are delighted to welcome Ocala Auto Dealers Exchange to ServNet,” said R. Charles Nichols, ServNet’s President and owner of two ServNet locations: BSCAmerica’s Bel Air Auto Auction and Tallahassee Auto Auction. “Mike Tumminello and Jeff Brody continue to solidify their position in the very important Florida wholesale vehicle market with the acquisition of OADE, and ServNet is pleased to expand its presence with its 31st member auction, an all-time high for the group!”
“Our affiliation with ServNet has been a tremendous benefit for SADE and CADE, and know it will have a positive impact on OADE as well,” said Tumminello. “We have learned much from the other ServNet owners, and our association with the group has certainly increased our visibility within the industry. We look forward to building our business in Florida with all three of our auctions proudly displaying the ServNet brand!”
Since its opening in 2012, Ocala Auto Dealers Exchange has quickly developed a solid reputation in the region for service and dedication to customers. OADE and its sister auctions SADE and CADE have emerged as the auctions of choice for remarketers in Central Florida and as the fastest growing auctions in the Southeast. OADE is conveniently located within the center of historic Ocala, Florida, and holds a sale every Wednesday evening at 5:00 pm. The four-lane facility features an average consignment topping 400 vehicles weekly, which includes a wide selection of new car trades, repos and dealer consignments.
ServNet was founded in 1988 and is the nation's premier network of Independent auto
auctions, working together to strengthen business relationships. The ServNet member
auctions span from coast to coast and from Florida to Alaska, with headquarters in Nashville,
Tennessee. For more information about ServNet and ServNet member auctions, go to www.servnetauctions.com.
