EUGENE, OR – Work is underway on a new 12,000-square-foot reconditioning center at Brasher’s Northwest Auto Auction in Eugene. The new recon shop is the newest addition to the auction’s all-new facility, which opened last summer. The recon facility includes complete body and paint services, three assembly-line detail lanes, four mechanic’s bays, and office space.
General Manager Lisa Larkin anticipates the new center will be ready in time for the auction’s first year anniversary in its new location. The auction will celebrate the event with a “Checkered Flag Sale,” August 9-10, celebrating the occasion with a race car theme. The evening before the sale, the auction will host its customers with a dinner and entertainment based around a racing theme, and will set up a track for mini-cart racing in the parking lot.
More than 1,300 vehicles are expected for the anniversary sale.
