The National Auto Auction Association (NAAA) will hold its annual convention September 3-5 at the JW Marriott Indianapolis. This year, the event will feature one of it's sessions as a live, broadcasted webinar.

This year, the convention will feature a session entitled, "Top 100 Arbitration Questions Answered in 60 Minutes" with industry arbitration expert Matt Arias.
For the first time ever at the convention, NAAA will broadcast this session live during an online webinar.
As Manheim’s director of operational excellence, he’s responsible for operational support and continuous improvement activities of lot operations and vehicle entry and arbitration departments, and serves as the intermediary for arbitration claims and mediation.
Arias is the co-chair of NAAA’s Auction Standards Committee and has also been featured in the Association's webinar on structural damage policy and is conducting the Auction Standards Training classes that are being held around the country this year.
