MetroGistics, a full-service vehicle transportation company, has announced the hiring of Adam Laura as director of strategic accounts. In this role, he will be responsible for maintaining relationships with key customer accounts as well as developing and growing MetroGistics’ customer portfolio.  

Laura most recently worked at ShipCarsNow, a subsidiary of Union Pacific, where he served as manager, business development. His professional experience also includes positions with Insight Network Logistics (another subsidiary of Union Pacific) as well as TNT Logistics. He has held leadership positions in network analysis, operations, procurement, account management and business development.

Originally from Detroit, Laura majored in both logistics management and marketing at Central Michigan University.
