MetroGistics has hired Lainey Strohmeyer as director of human resources. Strohmeyer brings more than 12 years of experience in recruiting and human resources and is certified as a senior professional in human resources by the HR Certification Institute and as a senior certified professional by the Society for Human Resource Management.

Earlier this year MetroGistics Holdings and equity partner Tailwind Capital acquired AmeriFleet. Strohmeyer will oversee human resources at both organizations as they integrate staff and operations.

Strohmeyer most recently served as director of human resources for Intelliteach, and has also worked at Kozeny & McCubbin, and Convergys. She is a member of the Human Resource Management Association of Greater Saint Louis.
