Manheim's Total Resource Auctions Acquires Four Salvage Auction Companies

ATLANTA – Total Resource Auctions' acquisition of four independent salvage auction companies has closed on schedule.

ATLANTA – Total Resource Auctions’ acquisition of four independent salvage auction companies has closed on schedule. Total Resource Auctions’ acquisition of Klode Salvage Distribution Center, Inc., S.A.I.S.C. Inc., Sapulpa Auto Pool, Inc., and SourceOne Solutions was announced on Mar. 17; all terms of the transactions are now complete and the 11 operating locations acquired in the deal are now operating as Total Resource Auctions facilities.

“We are happy to welcome this group in to the Total Resource Auctions family,” said President Jamie Porter. “We’ve been working together ever since the acquisition was announced in March, and all expectations required of all the parties have been met. I’m pleased to say that the acquisition is now official.”

Klode Salvage Distribution Center, Inc.

  • Montrose, Colo.


  • Casper, Wyo.


  • Klode Heavy Equipment Division — Denver, Colo.

    Sapulpa Auto Pool, Inc.


  • Tulsa, Okla.


  • Oklahoma City, Okla.

    S.A.I.S.C., Inc.


  • Tucson, Ariz.


  • Phoenix, Ariz.

    SourceOne Solutions


  • Birmingham, Ala.


  • Decatur, Ala.


  • Mobile, Ala.

    In addition, the deal included the acquisition of AIMS Software, a leading salvage auction technology company.
