ATLANTA– Manheim’s Pensacola Auto Auction recently relocated to a new 45-acre, state-of-the-art facility to give customers more offerings and added convenience.
“The new location will provide us with better ways to serve our customers more efficiently,” said Tom Holton, Pensacola Auto Auction general manager. “For 24 years, Pensacola Auto Auction hosted sales at our Burgess Road facility. With our growing customer base and more technology offerings, including three Manheim Simulcast-equipped lanes, we knew it was time to expand — and our dedicated employees truly helped us make the move successful.”
Pensacola Auto Auction’s new location, at 6359 North W Street, is located two miles from the original facility and has room to store more than 2,300 vehicles. The new facility features eight lanes, an industry-leading detail shop, and a four-bay mechanic shop.
The original facility, located at 401 West Burgess Road, will be revamped to host Pensacola Auto Auction’s existing Total Resource Auctions sales. The facility will be located on 15 acres of asphalt and be the premier salvage facility in the Southeast.
A grand opening event is planned for September. For more information about sales at Pensacola Auto Auction, call (850) 477-3063.
