Manheim Locations Receive Top Honors From Customers at National Auto Auction Association Convention
ATLANTA – Manheim operating locations from coast to coast received numerous awards in sales performance, technology, and customer service at the recent 60th annual National Auto Auction Association (NAAA) Convention, recently held in Washington, D.C.
ATLANTA – Manheim operating locations from coast to coast received numerous awards in sales performance, technology, and customer service at the recent 60th annual National Auto Auction Association (NAAA) Convention, recently held in Washington, D.C.
“Receiving these awards from our customers is an honor for Manheim because it confirms that we are delivering the types of service and results that customers value. I’m very proud of our employees and their continued commitment to providing our customers the very best they have to offer,” said Mike Broe, Manheim’s executive vice president, operations.
Following is a summary of the awards presented to Manheim at the NAAA Convention:
National Independent Automobile Dealers Association (NIADA)
NIADA awarded its highest honor, Auction of the Year, to Manheim Dallas-Fort Worth at the NAAA Convention. The auction was recognized for its outstanding support of its dealer community and NIADA programs.
GE Remarketing
Based on overall performance excellence, Manheim locations claimed all three of the regional GE Imagination at Work awards. Silver, East, went to Manheim Statesville; Silver, Central, to Manheim Chicago; and Silver, West, to Manheim Seattle. Other Manheim locations receiving recognition from GE Remarketing:
