Manheim Locations Receive Top Honors From Customers at National Auto Auction Association Convention

CHICAGO – Manheim operating locations received numerous awards in sales performance, technology, and customer service at the recent 59th annual National Auto Auction Association (NAAA) Convention, held in Chicago.

CHICAGO – Manheim operating locations received numerous awards in sales performance, technology, and customer service at the recent 59th annual National Auto Auction Association (NAAA) Convention, held in Chicago.

“These awards, which come directly from our customers, are the most meaningful. They reinforce that we are delivering the type of service and results that customers value,” said Mike Broe, Manheim’s senior vice president, operations.

Following is a summary of the awards presented to Manheim at the NAAA Convention:


  • GE Remarketing:

    Based on overall performance excellence, Manheim locations claimed all three of the regional GE Imagination at Work awards. Silver, East, went to Mississippi Auto Auction; Silver, Central, to Kansas City Auto Auction; and Silver, West, to Dallas Fort Worth Auto Auction. Other Manheim locations receiving recognition from GE Remarketing include Greater New Orleans Auto Auction, Outstanding Promotion Event, East; Bay Cities Auto Auction, Outstanding Promotion Event, West; Statesville Auto Auction, National Internet Technology award; Central Florida Auto Auction’s Maria Fernandez, Outstanding Performer; and Manheim Corporate, National Promotional award.


  • Remarketing Solutions

    Manheim received four of six awards presented by Remarketing Solutions at the NAAA Convention: Aycock Auto Auction, Southeast Pinnacle award; Fredericksburg Auto Auction, Northeast Pinnacle award; Mid-America Auto Auction, Midwest Pinnacle award; and Arizona Auto Auction, West Pinnacle award.


  • Wheels Inc.

    Wheels Inc. recognized two Manheim locations with Wheels Inc.’s Performance awards: San Antonio Auto Auction, Performance award, Southeast Region, and Fort Wayne Vehicle Auction, Truck and Specialty Equipment, Remarketer of the Year.


  • Toyota Financial Services

    Manheim’s South Seattle Auto Auction and Kansas City Auto Auction were each awarded Toyota Financial Services’ Premier Auction award. Other awards included Fredericksburg Auto Auction, Internet Performance Champion, and Georgia Dealers’ Auto Auction, Fleet Auction – Internet Sales.


  • Chase Auto Finance

    Manheim Auto Auction, in Manheim, Pa., was awarded Best National Auction Performance by Chase Auto Finance. Other Manheim locations also receiving recognition by Chase Auto Finance included Metro Detroit Auto Auction, Chase Auto Finance’s Douglas F. Wininger Memorial award for Best National Performance Service Delivery; Manheim Auto Auction, Best Performance Lease Returns and Best Performance Repossessions in the Northeastern region; South Seattle Auto Auction, Best Performance Lease Returns and Best Performance Repossessions in the Western region; and Florida Auto Auction of Orlando, Best National Performance Highlines and Best National Performance Internet Listing Volume.


  • Capital One

    Manheim’s Georgia Dealers’ Auto Auction received Capital One’s Auction of the Year Southeast Region award.


  • Emkay, Inc.

    Emkay, Inc., honored Manheim’s San Antonio Auto Auction with its Top Retention Auction of the Year award and also honored Arena Auto Auction as its Top Ranked Auction in 2006.
