“During the past several years, dealers across the country provided extensive input, guiding the transformation of our Tracker product into the all new Tracker DMS,” said Maria Riley, assistant general manager of Tracker. “As a result, Tracker DMS will help dealers get more tasks done, in a shorter period of time. That means they can spend more time selling vehicles.”
The all-new Tracker DMS integrates with Manheim and other third-party partners to allow dealers to download vehicles purchased at any Manheim auction to their Tracker DMS vehicle inventory where they can post listings quickly and easily on Online Vehicle Exchange or www.AutoTrader.com/. They can also obtain online financing for customers from dozens of sources.
Dealers also have the ability to store more information and an unlimited number of photos of vehicles (and accessories) for efficient creation of online listings. Tracker DMS can be transformed into an advertising tool on the showroom floor, giving dealers
the opportunity to display vehicles to customers through a slide show presentation and provide payment estimates on those vehicles.
Through the new contact management feature, dealers can store information on customers and vendors and use that data for fast and easy customer prospecting and
in the management and marketing of their dealerships. Customizable reporting allows users to customize any standard report to meet their needs, and wholesale functionality enables dealers to create a wholesale invoice for a customer who is purchasing multiple vehicles simultaneously.
Ongoing technical assistance, maintenance, and support services are available via Trackside Assistance. The first year of Trackside Assistance is included in the purchase price of Tracker DMS, reported Manheim.
