Specifically, Manheim was honored for its industry leadership in such areas as Web Simulcast Auctions, Online Vehicle Exchange, and manheim.com, enabling customers to participate remotely in any Manheim auction because of a one-stop access approach.

Manheim was honored for its technology innovation in a number of service areas, including:

  • Simulcast – Manheim’s real-time remote bidding product brings the live auction to its buyers and sellers. Simulcast allows dealers to participate in auction sales remotely by providing real-time audio and video of the live auction. Dealers can bid and purchase vehicles as though they were standing in the auction lane.

  • Online Vehicle Exchange (OVE) – Manheim’s electronic hub, where dealers and consignors can buy and sell 24/7 from anywhere they can connect to the Internet.

  • Immediate auction access – customers can participate remotely in any Manheim auction because of a one-stop access approach. When customers visit manheim.com and verify their dealer information, they receive access to all online sales where they can begin bidding on vehicles immediately.
