ATLANTA – Manheim and Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group, Inc., (“Dollar Thrifty”) are making it more convenient than ever for dealers everywhere to stock up on the latest quality rental inventory.

Increased Dollar Thrifty volume coupled with ongoing strong sales at existing Manheim locations has resulted in the addition of eight new Manheim facilities to Dollar Thrifty’s remarketing program. In addition to 26 current locations, Dollar Thrifty will now also offer inventory at these new locations: Manheim Chicago; Manheim Lakeland; Manheim Louisville; Manheim Ohio; Manheim Pensacola; Manheim Phoenix; Manheim San Francisco Bay and Manheim Texas Hobby.

“We already know that Manheim’s multiple in-lane and online channels are proven solutions for moving our inventory fast and effectively,” said Ken Smith, executive director, vehicle remarketing, Dollar Thrifty. “More locations mean that we’ll be reaching an even broader audience of buyers, helping us to further reduce our days-to-sell time.”

With the addition of eight new locations, Manheim and Dollar Thrifty have even more opportunity to connect dealers with pre-owned Dollar Thrifty inventory. The expansion of the partnership will add an incremental 10,000 units year-over-year, estimates Dollar Thrifty and Manheim. With continued strength in the used vehicle market, bringing a fresh stream of quality pre-owned vehicles to dealers is a win for both Dollar Thrifty and buyers.

“Like Dollar Thrifty, we’re always driven to help customers save time and money, no matter how quickly their inventory volume needs change,” said Nick Peluso, senior vice president, customer management, Manheim. “We’re revved up and ready to turn Dollar Thrifty’s added sales success into exciting new buying opportunities for buyers around the country.”
