Manheim Collects 29 Awards at NAAA Convention

Manheim took home numerous awards from several of its national account sellers during the recent National Auto Auction Association’s (NAAA) annual convention in Nashville, Tenn.

Manheim took home numerous awards from several of its national account sellers during the recent National Auto Auction Association’s (NAAA) annual convention in Nashville, Tenn.

In all, Manheim received 29 awards from Bank One, Capital One, GE Commercial Finance, - Fleet Services (GE), Toyota Financial Services, and Wheels Inc.

Bank One presented Manheim’s Greater Nevada Auto Auction with its top honor, The One Award, for best national auction performance. The following Manheim auctions also won five of seven Bank One regional awards:


  • Greater Nevada Auto Auction (Best Performance – Lease Returns – Western Region).


  • Greater Tampa Bay Auto Auction (Best Performance – Lease Returns and Best Performance – Repossessions – Southeastern Region).


  • Minneapolis Auto Auction (Best Performance – Lease Returns – Central Region).


  • Riverside Auto Auction (Best Performance – Repossessions – Western Region).

    In addition, Florida Auto Auction of Orlando earned the Bank One award for best national performance in the category of Highlines.

    Manheim’s Baltimore-Washington Auto Exchange won the Capital One Regional Auction of the Year Award for the Northeast.

    GE issued a total of 10 Imagination awards, of which Manheim won five:


  • Greater Chicago Auto Auction won the GE Gold Award, which is the National GE Auction of the Year.


  • Central Florida Auto Auction (Technology Award).


  • Dallas-Fort Worth Auto Auction (Silver Award for Western Region Auction of the Year).


  • Statesville Auto Auction (Silver Award for Southeastern Region Auction of the Year).


  • Texas Hobby Auto Auction (Outstanding Promotion Award).

    Toyota Financial Services (TFS) presented 12 of 17 of its Premier Auction Awards to the following Manheim auctions:


  • Bay Cities Auto Auction.


  • Denver Auto.Auction.


  • Florida Auto Auction of Orlando.


  • Georgia Dealers Auto Auction.


  • Greater Nevada Auto Auction.


  • Kansas City Auto Auction.


  • Manheim Auto Auction.


  • Metro Milwaukee Auto Auction.


  • South Seattle Auto Auction.

    Manheim Auto Auction was recognized for its Internet sales efforts, receiving TFS awards for Highest Volume Cyberlot and Highest Volume Cyberlane sales. Denver Auto Auction received its second TFS award for Highest Sales Performance – Internet vs. Live.


    Wheels Inc. awarded four of its eight Remarketing Vendor Awards to the following Manheim auctions:


  • Harrisonburg Auto Auction (Outstanding Performance – Region 2)


  • Hatfield Auto Auction (Outstanding Service – Region 2)


  • Los Angeles Dealers Auction (Outstanding Performance – Region 4)


  • San Antonio Auto Auction (Outstanding Performance – Region 3)

    Four Wheels Inc. Remarketing Vendor Awards were given to two independent auctions and two fleet resellers.
