Manheim Adds New Players to Total Resource Auctions Business Unit
ATLANTA – Manheim has added Mark Buffa and Dan Miklos to key management positions in its salvage remarketing subsidiary, Total Resource Auctions.
ATLANTA – Manheim has added Mark Buffa and Dan Miklos to key management positions in its salvage remarketing subsidiary, Total Resource Auctions.
Buffa has been named director of customer support and service and will report to Tiedemann. In his new role, Buffa will ensure that Total Resource Auction’s insurance products meet and exceed the needs of insurance carriers. He will also focus specifically on the technology interface with the insurance industry as it relates to reporting and inventory management and will be responsible for the internal processes that drive the key metrics as defined by Total Resource Auction’s insurance customer base. Before joining Manheim, Buffa served as associate director, material damage technical consultant at Nationwide Insurance. He had served in various roles at State Farm Insurance before joining Nationwide in 2006.
Miklos, former Midwest regional vice president of sales for ADESA Impact, has been named regional director of sales. In this position, Miklos will report to Total Resource Auctions vice president of sales Michael Lasini and focus specifically on business development in the insurance sector. Miklos served as Midwest regional sales manager for Insurance Auto Auctions before joining ADESA Impact in 2006.
