KAR Auction Services Announces 2 New VPs
Carmel, Ind.-based KAR Auction Services, Inc., a provider of used-vehicle auction services, announced today that it has hired Toby Hahn as the vice president of total rewards and promoted Brad Jokovich to the role of vice president of human resources.

Carmel, Ind.-based KAR Auction Services, Inc., a provider of used-vehicle auction services, announced today that it has hired Toby Hahn as the vice president of total rewards and promoted Brad Jokovich to the role of vice president of human resources. KAR Auction Services Chairman and CEO Jim Hallett made the announcement.

As the vice president of total rewards for KAR, Hahn will lead all activities pertaining to the company’s compensation, benefits and human resource management systems. He will also manage a team of professionals responsible for planning, designing, developing and executing strategic compensation and benefits programs across KAR’s multiple business units and locations.
In his new role of vice president of human resources, Jokovich will lead the human resources team of professionals throughout North America and the UK to achieve a high level of credibility as an effective and responsive business partner. He is also responsible for the talent management, succession planning, training and development, and organizational and operational effectiveness as related to human resources.

“Toby and Brad bring many years of experience in human resources, and we are confident that their expertise as human resource leaders will assist in strengthening the success of the company’s recruitment and business initiatives,” said Lisa Price, KAR executive vice president of human resources.
Hahn was previously the vice president of global compensation benefits and human resources systems at Remy International, Inc. He also served as the senior financial analyst of capital projects at Exempla Healthcare and was the senior financial analyst at Heritage Environmental Services. Hahn holds a bachelor’s degree from Butler University and a master’s degree from University of Indianapolis.
Jokovich most recently served as director of human resources for Automotive Finance Corporation (AFC), a business unit of KAR. Prior to joining KAR nearly two years ago, Jokovich was the vice president of human resources of the central region at Republic Services, Inc. He also was the vice president of human resources at FirstGroup America, Inc. Jokovich earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati and a master’s degree from Xavier University.
