The Best Certified Pre-Owned Program Awards are presented in the luxury and non-luxury classes and evaluate a set of criteria that consumers identified as having the most value such as manufacturer warranties, title verification, certification inspection process, and roadside assistance in addition to special financing and return/ exchange policies.
"Certified Pre-Owned programs are rapidly gaining significance among consumers and manufacturers in the used-car market. We believe it is important to evaluate all of the CPO programs out there and recognize the manufacturers who have demonstrated exceptional offerings," said James Bell, publisher of IntelliChoice.com.
