Integrated Auction Solutions Acquires Two Tech Companies
Integrated Auction Solutions, LLC (IAS) has acquired the assets of AWG Simulcast and AuctionMaster Technology.
Integrated Auction Solutions, LLC (IAS) has acquired the assets of AWG Simulcast and AuctionMaster Technology.
AWG Simulcast is a provider of live simulcast in North America's independent auction community, and AuctionMaster Technology is an auction management system provider.
“Our corporate mission has long been to protect the interests of independent auction owners,” said Alexis Jacobs, CEO of IAS. “We will continue to serve and innovate for the industry.”
IAS will provide the independent auction community with the tools to maintain sustainable, industry-standard services and technologies, according to the company. All current support, sales, and development assets will remain with the new company.
“Greg Levi will serve as a managing member of IAS. Greg brings experience and disciplines to our software development efforts through his background with Digital Motorworks, vAuto, and Finance Express,” said Jacobs. “He shares the vision of enabling the auction community to unite and compete in a very competitive environment.”
