"Based on my experience, I had a good understanding of the remarketing industry from an OEM and captive finance perspective. This course increased my understanding of the range of remarketing challenges and issues facing a wider spectrum of different types of consignors, challenges faced by auctions, and other remarketing service providers," according to Gold. "It also focused on benchmarks/assessment tools to evaluate operations; and provided useful 'best practice' ideas to improve performance."
Gold continued, "The coursework is professionally written and does a great job of promoting professional excellence and high ethical standards. I would encourage any remarketer to pursue this designation."
Course information and details can be found on the IARA website at www.iaraonline.org.
