General Motors Recognizes Flint Auto Auction as 2007 GM Auction of the Year
FLINT, MI – General Motors presented the 2007 GM Auction of the Year award to Flint Auto Auction. One of 40 GM-Sponsored Auctions across the United States, Flint Auto Auction was recognized for its overall achievement in providing GM and its dealers with outstanding quality, service, and value at GM Sponsored Auctions during 2007.

FLINT, MI – General Motors presented the 2007 GM Auction of the Year award to Flint Auto Auction. One of 40 GM-Sponsored Auctions across the United States, Flint Auto Auction was recognized for its overall achievement in providing GM and its dealers with outstanding quality, service, and value at GM Sponsored Auctions during 2007.
This marks the first time that Flint Auto Auction has received this honor.
“The GM Auction of the Year award recognizes outstanding overall achievement in reconditioning, repairs, and presentation of GM used vehicles to our dealers,” said Mark Mathews, director, GM Used-Vehicle Activities. “Flint Auto Auction has shown the effort, determination and teamwork to provide consistently outstanding service and great products for GM dealers.”
Over the past two years, Flint Auto Auction has risen from 25th place in 2005 among GM-Sponsored Auctions to 15th place in 2006 to the top ranking in 2007, when Flint Auto Auction sold more than 10,000 used vehicles at GM Sponsored Auctions sales and GMAC open sales. Flint Auto Auction has been part of the GM Sponsored Auctions program since 2001.
