MT. ARLINGTON, NJ – GE Commercial Finance, Fleet Services, based in Hoffman Estates, Ill., has joined the International Automotive Remarketers Alliance. GE Commercial Finance is one of the largest fleet management companies in the United States. Paul Seger, vice president, Asset Remarketing, will be the representative to the IARA.

“GE Commercial Finance is a strong addition to the IARA that now has twenty-three consignor members responsible for close to 1.6 million vehicles remarketed annually. Auction companies and remarketing industry service providers comprise another fifty-two members,” according to Matt Marks, IARA executive director.

The International Automotive Remarketers Alliance (IARA) is a professional, not for profit, organization of companies involved in the remarketing of used vehicles. The mission of the organization is to provide a forum for the improvement of the remarketing process through education, surveys, and roundtable meetings held twice each year. The all-industry member organization was chartered in 2001.
