WESTERVILLE, OHIO – Flexco Fleet Services has introduced its Client Dashboard application, enabling its customers to more closely monitor the vehicle remarketing process. The comprehensive Flexco Client Dashboard tracks every step of the process from initial consignment to final payment.
Flexco’s online client access program, gives fleet managers instant and easy access to essential documentation and every status event related to remarketing their vehicles, including consigned date, pickup date, condition report completion date, and client payment date.
The latest enhancement to Flexco’s Internet offerings also includes detailed third-party condition reports, multiple digital photographs, and a notepad feature that allows client users in distributed locations to record and review pertinent notes during the sale process. Clients can also send notes via email to a Flexco representative with the click of a button.
“In developing the new Web site, we focused on the needs expressed by several of our clients,” said Dave Selz, vice president of information technology at Flexco. “We included features to support our clients’ tailor-made processes and added a certain degree of customization to make this an extremely customer-focused application.”
The Client Dashboard allows clients to consign vehicles online, which are electronically recorded in the Flexco database, making the consignment process easy and efficient. A Flexco representative is notified of the consignment in real-time so they can start the remarketing process immediately. The dashboard also acts as a portal to the client’s employee sale site, offering fleet administrators a direct link to review the vehicles offered on the Web for sale to their employees.
