MT. ARLINGTON, NJ - The International Automotive Remarketers Alliance (IARA) congratulates Phillip Finley, Georgia zone asset manager for JD Byrider Sales, for becoming the 22^nd IARA CAR Certified remarketer.

"Finley finished the 20 course exams in a two-month time period, which is a record. He did this by going to the office of Ricky Beggs at Black Book USA on an almost weekly basis and having Beggs do the exam proctoring. Thanks to both for a great effort," said Matt Marks, executive director for the IARA.

There are currently 33 participants in the IARA Certification Program, which consists of 20 courses and exams on each course covering all aspects of remarketing.
