In this role Hands is responsible for the overall sales and marketing strategy for Donlen, and becomes a member of the senior leadership team.

Prior to Donlen Hands was a consultant, helping companies in the areas of sales management and strategy, including sales force effectiveness, organization, and deployment. Additionally, she spent more than 20 years at GE Capital in a number of leadership roles, including:
President, GE Auto Financial Services.
EVP Sales & Commercial Services, GE Rail Services.
Director, International Business Development, GE Commercial Equipment Finance.
