Citing the company’s growth and the expansion of its footprint nationwide, David Nutter, founder and CEO of Direct Auction Services, LLC, has announced the reorganization of the leadership team. He indicated that the move is designed to more effectively serve auction customers, while responding to the needs of the marketplace.

Nutter reports that David Rush will assume responsibilities in the newly-created position of CFO.  Nutter notes that Rush has been in the auction business many years, serving previously in leadership roles with ADT Automotive, Manheim and ADESA. Most recently, Rush headed Roadrunner Services, LLC, a division of Direct Auction Services.

Appointed to the newly created post of Vice-President of Operations is Joe Ruch, well- known as an auction operations leader through his work at Manheim locations in Pennsylvania and Maryland.  Joe's most current role with Direct has been regional operations manager for the northeast.

Remaining in their current roles with Direct Auction Services are Clint Green serving as COO, and David Young as company President.

"With the explosive growth in our business, particularly with Roadrunner, the changes in our leadership structure will continue to drive our mission, which is to be the Best in Class when it comes to serving our auction partners," said Nutter.  "With seasoned auction industry veterans at the helm, we are very well positioned for the next phase of our expansion.”

Direct Auction Services LLC, was founded in 2009, and is the umbrella company for Direct Reconditioning Services, Roadrunner and Auction Tires Online, LLC.  The company’s prime focus is to provide specific solutions to the wholesale auto auction industry nationwide. Direct Reconditioning, LLC offers professional management of high volume shop production for the auction industry, including Detail, Paint & Body, and Mechanical.  Auction Tires Online, LLC is a comprehensive provider of tires for the industry, while Roadrunner, LLC is the newest addition, building its position as the only provider of local auction pick-up and delivery services.
