DAA/OKC Launches Summer Promotional Season
Dealer’s Auto Auction of Oklahoma City launched its summer promotional season with Round 1 of its 25th Anniversary Celebration on June 27th.

It has been a summer of extraordinary activity in the auction lanes at Dealer’s Auto Auction of Oklahoma City (DAA/OKC), and forecasters say there’s no end in sight. The auction launched its summer promotional season with Round 1 of its 25th Anniversary Celebration on June 27. Dubbed The Heat Wave, the sale included more than 2,000 vehicles and a Mystery Car Giveway.

Next in line is the auction’s Sizzling Summer Sale, set for August 15, when the auction staff and customers will celebrate the peak of the summer season with a cook-out and prize giveaways.
“DAA/OKC’s Sizzling Summer Sale promises a great day of buying and selling in the lanes,” say Gary Smith, auction owner and general manager. “The market continues to be HOT here at DAA/OKC, and we’re expecting a great consignment, highlighted by with vehicles from Ally, Santander Consumer, Avis, Hertz and GM Financial. Consignments are up, sales are strong, and DAA/OKC continues to be the place to be every week for the best selection of cars and trucks in the region!"
Smith notes that all dealers attending DAA/OKC’s Sizzling Summer Sale will receive a logo’d hat, and will enjoy hamburgers and hot dogs fresh off the grill. The prize giveaways at the end of the day will include camping gear, fishing equipment, golf clubs, gift cards and electronics.
The auction will continue through the Fall, explains Smith, noting that the auction will pull out all the stops for its 25th Anniversary Party Sale in October. The event will include a GM pre-party, followed by the main event on October 17th, highlighted by great food, and multiple prize giveaways, topped by a second Mystery Car.
Smith founded Dealers Auto Auction of Oklahoma City in 1988.
