Grady was appointed to his current position in June 2009. His responsibilities include ensuring that the Chrysler Group's restructured dealer network operates at the highest possible level to ensure optimal sales volumes for Chrysler, Jeep, and Dodge products. He is also responsible for managing Chrysler Group's fleet sales organization. Prior to his current position, Grady held the position of director - franchise planning and administration for Chrysler LLC.
