Chrysler Group Reports August Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle (CPOV) Sales Increase 20 Percent
Chrysler Group has posted sales of 7,615 certified pre-owned vehicles for August, This representing a 20-percent improvement over August 2003 sales of 6,365 units.
Chrysler Group has posted sales of 7,615 certified pre-owned vehicles for August, This representing a 20-percent improvement over August 2003 sales of 6,365 units. Year-to-date sales for Chrysler Group CPOV totaled 66,149 units, 13-percent higher than the same period in 2003.
Marketed as "Brand Spankin' Used," Chrysler Group Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles are only sold by Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep dealers who have earned the Five Star certification. Five Star Certification is a comprehensive validation of the dealership's facilities, operational processes, salesperson, and technician training accreditation as well as customer satisfaction survey ratings. Approximately 2,400 Chrysler Group dealerships in the U.S. are certified as Five Star.
